I feel compelled to serve, compelled to step-up.

The mayor serves as our sole voice at the Region - and right now, Welland needs a mayor who can transform that position into tangible outcomes. This requires building relationships at the Region that enable it to respond effectively to the needs of the Welland community, being straightforward with our community partners, and committing fully to both roles simultaneously. That's the responsibility for the next four years, which is why I stepped up. 


My approach is rooted in local government leadership through engagement, fostering genuine partnerships throughout our community and the Region, and maintaining a focus on Welland's prosperity, both in the short and long term. It's crucial to be honest about the challenges we face. We must recognize that teamwork is essential for progress. I will leverage my experience to deliver the results Welland deserves. 


None of this is easy, but I'm dedicated to securing the best future for Welland through effort, experience, teamwork, and active community engagement.
