Why Mayor?
I feel compelled to serve, compelled to step-up.
With the mayor being our only voice at the Region, we are at a critical time where we need a mayor who can deliver strategic leadership in Welland. A mayor that build's teamwork at the Region for it to respond to Welland's needs. I will be direct with community partners and focus on teamwork solutions. We need a Mayor who is willing to give 100% effort to Welland and 100% at the Region - that is the job for the next 4 years. That is why I stepped up.
My Approach will be to lead through engagement, build partnerships in our community and Region, and be focused on delivering short -term and long-term prosperity for Welland. Be honest about the challenges, understand teamwork is the way forward together and use experience to delver the best future.
None of this is easy. But, I am committed giving Welland it's best future through effort, experience, teamwork and engagement. That's why McLeod for Mayor.
